SJE Long Over Due Update

Hello All – I am sorry for the lapse in communication.  As always, life – good or bad – gets in the way!  Fortunately, all my delays are based on good things  (Welcoming of my Fourth Child, Home Renovation and Total Corporate Restructuring) but things that have been keeping me busy since May.

It is time that we focus on Costa Rica!  This year has been uneventful but no dues have been collected for the first time in four years.  The final portion of the 2012 collected dues was transferred May 6, 2013.

One of the things completed in 2013 was the opening of an account in Costa Rica for HOA dues.  The suggested dues for 2013 are $600.00 per Lot owned.  Please transfer your dues to the below account*.  Please email me once you have completed the transaction.  Please remember to remit the transfer fee of $20.00, as well.

At the close of 2013, I will no longer be the President of the HOA and Jim Bowlder will no longer be the Treasure.  Our four years of volunteering is up!  We need to meet to have nominations for all four posts – President / VP /Treasurer and Secretary (Mike Cothran and David Morgan have been acting as defacto VP And Secretary), discuss any issues and share information.

I am suggesting the evening of Tuesday November 19th at 6:30 PM EST.  This will allow me to close up 2013 finances and gather information to share.  It will also give our Admin and the Developers the time to do the same.  Unless there is any outstanding questions or strong opposition, I will send and invite out by weekend.

Thank you all for helping to secure our investments by participating in the HOA.  Please let me know of any questions or concerns.  Kurt

A video filmed in Costa Rica, 1947 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios in color. The video shows a Costa Rica with beautiful cities, unique landscapes and little altered by humans, people with smiles on their faces.
